To ensure the continued delivery of our high quality and prompt services, the following measures are in place:
a) Details of each trip are recorded and
assessed to ensure the safety of the drivers, vehicles and goods transported
b) Delivery times on all routes are strictly monitored. operations officers constantly monitor all vehicles to ensure proper fleet management. These officers communicate with our clients on a regular basis.
c) All trucks are equipped with valid road worthy certificates and all requirements
d) Stock lists are provided to major clients via head office on a daily basis, to facilitate stock control and emergency stock loading

HEALTH AND SAFETY
Extensive occupational Health and Safety procedures have been implemented, and all Health and Safety regulations are strictly adhered to. We have implemented a strict Alcohol and Drug Policy, and random checks are implemented throughout HDC on all personnel.
We have a fatigue policy that ensures drivers are well rested while on the trip (By Encouraging them to take adequate sleep) and also take leave after a number of trips.
